Candidate data processing policy

In accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, we inform you, as a candidate, that TERRITORIO CREATIVO, S.L. (herinafter, the Company or Good Rebels), Tax ID: B81714214, with registered office at Gta. de Quevedo, 6, 2º derecha, 28015 Madrid, will process your data as Data Controller. In this sense, we inform you about:

1. The purpose of the processing of your personal data

All your personal data provided at the time of a job offer will be included into a Record of Processing Activities owned by Good Rebels in order to manage your curriculum vitae. We will also process your data in the case that you have participated in a recruitment and selection process for the coverage of other present and future positions in Good Rebels or in other companies or subsidiaries of the Good Rebels Group (Territorio Creativo, S.L, (as Head Company), Territorio Creativo UK Limited, Territorio Creativo Colombia S.A.S., Tcreativo México S.A De C.V., Kanvas Media Web Marketing, S.L., Muskae Design, S.L.)

2. Retention periods and quality of personal data

Good Rebels will process your data during the time that the selection process in which you participate is in force. Your personal data will be kept for a period of two (2) years, counting from the day of its last update.

In this sense, as a candidate, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. We manifest that the validity of the work contract that could be signed with any of the Good Rebels companies will be subject to the veracity of the information that you have provided us with.

3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data

The need to ensure compliance with the potential contractual relationship that would link you to Good Rebels as well as the possible adoption of pre-contractual actions for this purpose.
The legitimate interest for sending communications about new jobs, and the job offers of other companies or subsidiaries of the Good Rebels Group.

4. Source of data

The personal data that Good Rebels will process for the participation in the selection processes have been provided by the candidate himself through the means and channels offered for the contact with such purposes.

Likewise, on occasions the data may have been provided by collaborating entities, such as universities and business schools, as well as by recruitment and selection consultants with whom we work.

5. Transfers and recipients of personal data

All the data transfers that Good Rebels will make are necessary for the fulfilment of the indicated purposes, or are made to fulfil a legal obligation.

The data of the applicants may be transferred to the companies or subsidiaries of Good Rebels previously indicated, or to third companies with which recruitment and selection services have been contracted. In this sense, you give your express and unequivocal consent to the international transfer of your personal data to the mentioned companies, even though they may be located in countries that do not have adequate data protection regulations at the discretion of the European data protection authorities. In any case, we inform you that we have subscribed to the corresponding contractual clauses that the GDPR requires in order to transfer your personal data to the destination countries and always within the scope of the relationship that you have requested to maintain with Good Rebels.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification or deletion, limitation of the processing, opposition, portability and to oppose to automated individual decisions at Good Rebels, if applicable. Likewise, you will be able to revoke your consent given for any specific purpose, being able to modify your preferences at any time.

8. Update of the privacy policy

We make our best efforts to keep our privacy policy fully updated on a monthly basis. If we make changes, they will be clearly and specifically identifiable as permitted in the relationship we have established with you (e.g. we may communicate changes to you by email).
